These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Josh Grey Studio website.
Josh Grey Studio is operated by Josh Grey as a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

Products
Josh Grey Studio sells original artwork reproduced as physical art prints and framed prints.
I make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, display settings and the materials used in production.
Product dimensions and specifications are provided on the relevant product page.
Orders
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where a genuine error has occurred, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
The total price payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment is taken securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. Josh Grey Studio does not directly store your full payment card details.
Production and Fulfilment
Products are produced and fulfilled on behalf of Josh Grey Studio by professional print and fulfilment partners, including Gelato.
As products are produced following an order, there may be a short production period before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my reasonable control.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained on the Returns & Refunds page.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact hello@joshgreystudio.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and photographs showing the issue where appropriate.
I will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, branding, photographs and other original content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Josh Grey Studio or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property rights in the artwork.
Artwork purchased from Josh Grey Studio may not be copied, reproduced, resold as a reproduction, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Website Information
I take reasonable care to ensure information on this website is accurate and current. Occasionally, errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability or other information.
Where an error affects an order, I will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include the option to cancel the affected order for a refund.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
Josh Grey Studio is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was formed or losses arising from circumstances outside my reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Josh Grey Studio Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions may occasionally be updated. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in effect when your order was placed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law applicable to you.
