Delivery
Josh Grey Studio products are produced to order and fulfilled by professional print and fulfilment partners, including Gelato.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free.
There is no additional standard UK delivery charge at checkout.
Production and Dispatch
Because each product is produced following your order, please allow time for production before your order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates shown during the ordering process are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery Times
I aim to have orders produced and delivered as quickly as reasonably possible.
Occasionally, production or delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside my reasonable control, including carrier delays, unusually high order volumes or disruption to delivery networks.
Where applicable under UK consumer law, goods will be delivered within 30 days of your order unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you.
Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact hello@joshgreystudio.com as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@joshgreystudio.com with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.
If an order appears to have been lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please get in touch and I will investigate it with the fulfilment or delivery provider.
International Delivery
At present, delivery availability is determined by the destinations offered at checkout.
If your country or region is not available during checkout, I am currently unable to accept an order for delivery to that location.
